The team at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, at Watergate Bay, recognised that consumer eating and spending habits were changing and approached Felt to refurbish their interiors.

Environments

With the demand for formal dining experiences on the decline and more relaxed, informal approaches on the rise – it was time to reinvent the space, feeding in elements that reflected the needs and wants to modern day diners.

The polished chrome, mock suede furniture, acrylic carpet and graffiti from the 2000’s were removed, making way for a more tactile, grounded and neutral new look. Scandinavian oak furniture, soft colours and timber cladding were introduced – bringing a visual warmth, with focus drawn to the panoramic sea view and open kitchen. Working as an extension of the internal team, our work complemented head chef Adam Banks’ new menus, service style and opening hours.
